LegalSeller Rules
In short: the shop is yours, the products are yours, and responsibility to the customer is yours too. We intervene only when the law is broken or other shops are at risk.

- Do‘kon, mahsulot va xaridor oldidagi javobgarlik — sotuvchiniki.
- Taqiqlangan mahsulotlar: qurol, giyohvand moddalar, retsept bo‘yicha dorilar, alkogol va tamaki, kontrafakt, o‘g‘irlangan akkauntlar, hujjatlar, qimor.
- Foto, matn va narxlar uchun javobgarlik sotuvchida: huquqi bo‘lmagan kontentni joylashtirmang.
- Platformaga zarar yetkazish, spam va zararli fayllar taqiqlanadi.
- Qoida buzilsa — avval ogohlantiramiz; qo‘pol holatda do‘kon yopilishi mumkin, ma’lumotlarni yuklab olish yana 30 kun ishlaydi.

Who can open a shop
An individual of full legal age or a company trading in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Provide the real shop name, a working phone number and email: both customers and we use them to contact you.
One person may run several shops, but each shop has its own address and its own owner. You may give access to third parties; responsibility nevertheless remains with you.
What may not be sold
Weapons, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics; narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, smoking blends and vapes; prescription medicines and medical devices requiring a licence.
Alcohol and tobacco products, nicotine-containing products — their distance selling in Uzbekistan is restricted by law.
Counterfeit goods and fakes, goods bearing other parties’ trademarks without the rights to them, hacked accounts, subscriptions and keys, personal data databases, documents, diplomas and certificates.
Gambling and betting, intimate services, services for circumventing the law; endangered species of animals and plants, as well as products made from them.
Products promising to cure diseases, “guaranteed income” or other knowingly false promises. And anything else prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Responsibility for shop content
You upload the photos, names, descriptions, prices and delivery terms. You are responsible for having the right to use these materials and for their being true.
The price on the product card is the price for the customer. Availability, delivery times and return conditions must be genuine: the platform shows the customer exactly what you have specified in the panel.
AI features help complete a product description, but checking the text before publication is up to you: the shop is responsible for what is published.
Relations with the customer
The contract of sale is concluded between the customer and the shop. ShopOS is a platform: we do not sell goods, do not accept money and are not a party to the transaction.
An accepted order must be fulfilled, or the customer must be informed honestly and in good time if this is impossible. Returns, exchanges, warranty, receipts and taxes are the shop’s obligation.
Customer complaints that reach us are forwarded to the shop. Systematic complaints are grounds for a review and, if confirmed, for closing the shop.
Technical rules
Do not attempt to break the platform, circumvent restrictions, gain access to other people’s shops and data, or load the server with automated requests.
Do not upload malicious files and do not use the shop to send spam. The size of uploaded files is limited; images are compressed automatically.
Do not pass the shop off as another brand, a government body or the ShopOS platform itself.
What happens in case of a breach
The usual procedure: we write to the owner, explain what has been breached and give time to fix it.
If the breach is gross — prohibited products, harm to other shops, deceiving customers — we may hide the product or close the shop immediately, notifying the owner.
After a shop is closed, the data export remains available for another 30 days: even when parting ways, you take your products, photos, orders and customers with you.
Changes to the rules
We notify of material changes to the rules at least 30 days in advance — by a message in Telegram and in the shop panel. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
